December 1 – 31
Celebrate the season with five festive Holiday StoryWalks! A StoryWalk places pages from a children’s picture book along a walking path so families can enjoy nature and reading together. This year, read about the winter solstice at Audubon Greenway, discover why Bear stays up at Fern Hollow Nature Center, enjoy a snowflake poem at Henle Park, find out what Snowmen do all year at Mary Roberts Rinehart Nature Park, and explore a wintery wood at Ohio Township Nature Park.
