Bookstop 2026

The library is teaming up with Quaker Valley Schools to bring the BOOKSTOP program to the Quaker Valley area. This partnership helps to distribute books to babies, children, teens, and adults in local communities.

Plan to stop by any of our four stops to pick up a free book!  Open to all ages!

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten

The goal remains the same: Read 1,000 books with your newborn, infant, toddler, or preschooler before they begin kindergarten. This fall, participants can look forward to new, keepsake-worthy incentives for every 100 books read, plus a special “1,000 Book Graduate” photo to celebrate your child’s reading journey!  Learn how to get started in this free program by stopping at the Children’s desk or check out the website.
