Can you read your way to free ice cream? You sure can – thanks to the SweetReads program from Millie’s Homemade Ice Cream!
Since 2021, Millie’s has partnered with Allegheny County public libraries bring the Sweet Reads program to local communities. The Sweet Reads program fosters a love of reading by offering a sweet reward for young readers.
Stop by the Sewickley Public Library to pick up a Millie’s Sweet Reads Bookmark. (Or you can download one here.) When you read 5 books (or have them read to you), bring your bookmark to the library to have it validated by one of our librarians. Then take that validated bookmark to one of 8 participating Millie’s locations for a free scoop of your choice!
This tasty deal won’t last long! You’ll need to bring your validated bookmark to a Millie’s before September 4, 2023!
Open to all readers in Kindergarten – 12th Grade. One redemption per person, per summer.
